🎓 Educational Qualification
- AE (Civil/Mechanical): Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- JE (Civil/Electrical): Degree OR three‑year Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Board/Institution.
