¼ Role and Responsibilities What You Will Do? ¸
- Drive technical sales presentations, product roadmaps, and training sessions for customers. You have to explain Samsung's smartcard products to customers in EMEA.
- ¯ Lead customer technical requirements to ensure smooth product selection, evaluation, and design-in. You will understand what customer wants and help them select right product.
- » Provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams across the EMEA region. You will be technical expert for both customer and Samsung internal teams.
- Troubleshoot system compatibility and software implementation issues. If customer faces any issue in system compatibility or software, you will solve it.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and streamline communication. You will work with sales, quality, R&D teams to solve quality issues.

- ¬ A strong background in semiconductor engineering or a related technical field. You must have degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or similar.
