Eligibility Criteria
For Deputation/Absorption within Department of Posts
- Regular Dispatch Riders (Group ‘C’) and MTS (Group ‘C’) in Level‑1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900) pay scale.
- Must hold a valid driving license for both Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) and Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMV).

- Same requirements as above: valid LMV/HMV license, motor mechanism knowledge, 3 years’ driving experience, and 10th pass.
For Deputation from Armed Forces Personnel
- Personnel due for retirement or transfer to reserve within one year and possessing required qualifications and experience.
- Will be taken on deputation until retirement date, thereafter continued on absorption basis.
