   • Mobile Number
   • State/UT in correspondence and permanent address

   • Nationality
4. Category modification is allowed as per the following rules:

   GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL)	GEN/EWS/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PwBD

5. If a candidate changes category from GEN/EWS/OBC to SC/ST/PwBD, fees already paid will not be refunded.
6. A correction fee of Rs. 200/- (inclusive of GST) will be charged uniformly to all candidates. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other examination.
7. Only the latest modified application will be treated as valid.
8. In case of multiple applications, candidates must edit the latest application only.
9. After the expiry of the Edit Window, no changes will be allowed under any circumstances.
10. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the detailed notifications dated 01 July 2026 for CRP PO/MT-XVI and CRP SPL-XVI remain unchanged.
