- ¸ Income Certificate: Only income certificate issued at competent level as per UP Govt. Revenue Dept. Order No. 3959/1-9-11-Raj-9 dated 30.09.2011 (as amended) which can be verified online will be valid. For poverty line, income limit as per Social Welfare Dept. Order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated 14 September 2015 will be applicable for rural and urban areas.
- ¸ Residence & Caste Certificate: Only digitally signed Residence and Caste certificates which can be verified online will be valid.
- ¸ Reservation: As per present selection GO No. 1/1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025 (1917687) dated 17.09.2025, no reservation is given for EWS, Divyang, and Freedom Fighter Dependent categories. So benefit of these will not be given.
Selection Process How Merit Will Be Prepared?
- Entire selection process will be as per GO dated 17.09.2025.
- Merit Base: Merit will be prepared on marks percentage from Intermediate to Post Graduation. High School marks will NOT be included in merit.
- Marks Calculation: Percentage obtained by candidate will be divided by 10. For example, if candidate got 45% in Intermediate then 45/10 = 4.5 marks, if 59% then 59/10 = 5.9 marks will be counted.
- Grading and CGPA system marks will also be calculated. Merit list will be calculated up to three decimal places. No rounding off will be done after decimal.
- ©© In case of more than one eligible candidate in same category, merit list of all candidates will be prepared.
- No Exam, No Interview: Selection will be done purely through online medium via departmental portal as per directions mentioned in GO. No written exam or interview will be conducted.
