👥 Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 18 to 44 years (as on notification date). Experienced workers may receive up to 3 years relaxation.
- Residency: Candidate must be a permanent resident of the same village where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 8th pass. If no eligible candidate is available, 5th pass may be considered.
- Documents Required: Birth certificate/marksheet, voter list entry, residence certificate signed by Sarpanch & Secretary, caste certificate (if applicable), BPL certificate, widow/divorcee certificate (if applicable).
📈 Merit & Weightage System
Selection will be based on a merit system with maximum 100 marks:
- Educational Qualification (8th pass): 60 marks
- Widow/Divorcee/Separated Women: 15 marks
- SC/ST Women: 10 marks
- Experienced Worker/Sahayika: 6 marks (for more than 1 year service)
- BPL Family Member: 6 marks
- Studied up to 8th in SC/ST Girls Hostel: 3 marks
Note: In case of equal marks, preference will be given to the older candidate.
