In compliance with the interim order dated 20 August 2026 passed by the Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. No. 2671/2026 and connected matters:
- 157 Constable (Driver) candidates are provisionally allowed to participate in the Physical Endurance & Measurement Test (PE&MT).
- 51 Head Constable (Ministerial) candidates are also provisionally allowed to participate in the PE&MT.
This participation is strictly provisional and subject to the final outcome of the ongoing cases. It does not confer any indefeasible right of selection or appointment to the candidates.
