👥 Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Only women candidates are eligible.
• Age Limit: 18 to 44 years (with relaxation of 3 years for candidates having 1 year or more experience). Maximum service age is 65 years.
• Residency: Candidate must be a permanent resident of the same village where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum 8th pass. If no eligible candidate is available, 5th pass may be considered.
• Documents Required: Valid voter list entry, residence certificate signed by Sarpanch & Secretary or Patwari, caste certificate (if applicable), BPL certificate, widow/divorcee certificate (if applicable).

📈 Merit & Weightage System

Selection will be based on a merit system with additional marks awarded for specific conditions:

• Experienced Worker/Sahayika: 6 marks (for more than 1 year service)
• BPL Family Member: 6 marks
• SC/ST Women: 10 marks
• Studied up to 8th in SC/ST Girls Hostel: 3 marks
• Widow: 15 marks (with valid death certificate)
• Divorcee/Separated Women: Marks awarded upon submission of valid court order or certificate signed by Sarpanch & Secretary

Note: In case of equal marks, preference will be given to the older candidate.

• After online submission, candidates must submit a printout of the application along with self-attested documents to the ICDS Duldula-2 office by 18 September 2026, 5:00 PM.
