🎓 Qualifications & Expertise
Minimum Qualification
- Postgraduate degree, OR
- Graduate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in project administration and office management in academic, research, or government organizations.
- Knowledge of procurement, purchase processing, preparation of indents, vendor follow‑up, and coordination with administrative offices.
- Ability to maintain inventory, stock registers, asset records, and project documentation.
- Experience in handling official correspondence, file management, and record keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and report preparation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with faculty members, project staff, students, vendors, and external agencies.
- Experience in assisting with logistics for meetings, workshops, procurement, and project activities.
- Working knowledge of institute purchase procedures and office administration preferred.
Candidates with proven administrative expertise, strong communication skills, and familiarity with academic or research environments will be highly valued for this role.
💰 Salary & Appointment Details
Salary Range
₹16,000 – 38,000 per month (consolidated), based on qualifications and experience.
Term of Appointment
- The appointment is purely temporary and contractual.
- Initial duration: 3 years.
- Extendable based on performance and project requirements.
