📋 Job Description
- Manage defence projects under DRIF by coordinating with Armed Forces, CAPFs, Academia, MSMEs, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain budgets for projects undertaken for the Ministry of Defence, Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and CAPFs.
- Prepare and disseminate monthly updates for ongoing Armed Forces projects to all stakeholders.
- Implement project timelines as per signed MoUs/MoAs and oversee compliance with budgetary and institutional guidelines.
- Assist the CEO in preparing quarterly reports for the DRIF Board of Directors.
- Support the CEO in organizing annual events in collaboration with the Armed Forces to promote DRIF–IIT Ropar initiatives.
- Coordinate with Armed Forces project officers, technical advisors, and IIT faculty members for project execution.

- Extensive field experience with exposure to operations and projects across technology domains.
- Strong team-building and people-management skills; ability to set priorities and manage mission-critical projects.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with capability to engage multiple stakeholders including academia, Armed Forces, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Sound understanding of financial processes related to project and stakeholder management.
- Experience in writing project reports, preparing SoPs, and framing budgetary estimates (desirable).

- Desirable qualification: MBA/PGDBM/diploma/certificate in financial management.
