Remuneration
- Consolidated monthly remuneration equal to last pay drawn (Basic Pay) at the time of superannuation.
- Annual increment of 5% on extension of contract.
- Additional 5% per year enhancement for relevant post‑retirement experience.
- Conveyance reimbursement of ₹8,000 per month if company car is not utilized.
