- 👤 Trivendra Singh Pundhir (Roll No. 104517): His demand for re-examination based on dictation and videography was denied. The Commission confirmed that dictation was conducted as per standards, certified by authorized experts, and re-examination was not permissible.
- 👥 Multiple Candidates: Requests regarding syllabus and exam scheme were rejected. The Commission reiterated that the shorthand and typing test was qualifying in nature, and final selection was based on marks obtained in the second stage examination.
No Provision for Revaluation
The Commission highlighted that under UKPSC Rules 2013, Chapter IV, Clause 31(7), there is no provision for revaluation or re-scrutiny of answer books. Hence, all requests for re-checking or re-examination were dismissed.
Final Decision of the Commission
After thorough consideration, the Commission has disposed of all representations submitted by candidates. The decisions were communicated to the concerned candidates before the declaration of the final shorthand examination results on 03 February 2026.
