๐ Document Verification Schedule (ADV-1)
The candidates listed in the official notice have been provisionally shortlisted for Additional Document Verification based on their performance in the 1st Stage CBT. The DV will be conducted as per the following schedule:

- The certificate must include the doctorโs MCI/State Registration Number, photograph, and identification marks of the candidate.
- Attach the appeal letter (Proforma โBโ) along with the original medical certificate and a Demand Draft of โน1000 in favor of Senior Divisional Finance Manager, Ahmedabad.
- Send all documents via Registered/Speed Post before the deadline.
- If the PCMD recommends re-examination, a Medical Board will reassess the candidate. If found fit, the โน1000 fee will be refunded.
