📢 The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), Ajmer has released the official press note dated 14 September 2026 regarding the competitive examinations for Assistant Director and Senior Scientific Officer (SSO) posts under the Home Department. The subject-wise schedule has been finalized and published for October 2026.

Important Update
⚠️ Initially, these examinations were proposed to be conducted via CBRT (Computer Based Recruitment Test). However, due to administrative reasons, the Commission has decided to conduct them in offline mode (Pen-Paper).

This press note provides clarity on the subject-wise schedule for the Assistant Director and Senior Scientific Officer Examinations. Candidates are advised to prepare accordingly and note that the exams will now be conducted in pen-paper mode.
