๐ Eligibility Criteria
- ๐ Experience: Minimum 25 years in Odisha Revenue Department/PSU, retired as Section Officer or higher.
- ๐ Age Limit: More than 60 years but not exceeding 64 years as on 01 October 2026.
- ๐ Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible.
- ๐ Exclusions: Candidates retired under Voluntary Retirement Scheme or removed/terminated from service are not eligible.
๐ผ Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of land schedules, demarcation, site plans, and registration maps.
- Verification of land award registers, ownership, legal heirs, encumbrances, and related documents.
- Checking documents for disbursement of compensation and R&R entitlements.
- Plot demarcation and assistance in physical possession of land.
- Liaison with government authorities, handling grievances, and resolving disputes related to land acquisition.
- Maintaining records and preparing draft proposals related to land acquisition.
๐ฐ Remuneration
Consolidated monthly compensation will be fixed at the minimum of the scale of pay in which the candidate retired. GST reimbursement will be provided on production of proof.
