๐ Work Duration & Engagement Period
- ๐ Working Hours: 2โ6 hours on all working days.
- ๐ Initial Engagement: 1 year.
- ๐ Renewal: Up to 3 years based on performance and management discretion.

- ๐ Conveyance Charges: Actual basis, up to โน4,500 per month (for travel up to 30 km one way) or โน6,000 per month (for travel beyond 30 km one way).

- ๐ Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience.
- ๐ Age Limit: Not more than 65 years as on 01 October 2026 (relaxable up to 70 years with management approval).

- ๐ Selection will be through a walk-in interview of eligible candidates.
- ๐ Verification of original certificates will be done at the time of interview.
- ๐ Final selection will be based on performance in the personal interview.
- ๐ Selected candidates will undergo a medical fitness test at the BHEL dispensary before joining.
