The organization is currently setting up 30 hospitals across six states, with the first hospital under construction in Ranchi, which will later expand into a medical college.
Role Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing program‑related activities and supporting the execution of projects related to the design, development, and commissioning of hospitals. The position involves coordination across multiple teams and ensuring smooth rollout of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination:
- Integrated Program Tracking
- Dependency & Risk Tracking
- Cross‑Functional Coordination

- Execution Support:
- Assist in hospital commissioning activities
- Support rollout of SOPs and operational workflows
- Help resolve day‑to‑day operational challenges during project execution
Eligibility & Requirements
- MBA / Masters in Hospital Administration / PG Diploma in Hospital Administration
- 5–6 years of experience in program management (PMO), hospital operations, or healthcare projects
- Experience in multi‑functional coordination environments preferred
- Exposure to hospitals, healthcare networks, or greenfield healthcare projects is an advantage
