💰 Remuneration
(A) For Civilian Employees
- Fixed monthly remuneration = Pay drawn at retirement minus basic pension.
- No increments or additional allowances (HRA, DA, etc.).
(B) For Ex‑Servicemen
- Fixed rate decided by CGM/HOU as per DGR minimum wage notification.
- Based on skill set, qualification, retired grade, and location.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Must have retired from Central Government service (preference to employees of erstwhile OFB, DGQA, DGNAI, DGAQA, EME Workshop, MES, Indian Army/Navy/Air Force/PMF/BSF/CG/Agniveer).
- Relevant field experience required.
- Maximum age limit: 65 years (no engagement beyond this age).

- Initial contract: 1 year, extendable by another year based on performance.
