The Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Self‑Employment), District Kanpur Dehat has issued a recruitment advertisement for the post of CLF Book Keeper under the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM). Purpose of Recruitment
The objective of this recruitment is to appoint Book Keepers in the remaining 18 Community Level Federations (CLFs) of Kanpur Dehat district. The Book Keeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, assisting Self‑Help Groups (SHGs), and ensuring proper bookkeeping at the CLF level.

Eligibility Requirements
- The applicant must be a woman member of a Self‑Help Group (SHG) under the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission.
- The applicant’s group must be a member of both the Village Organization and the Cluster Level Federation (CLF).
- Age should be between 21 to 45 years as on 1 July 2026.
- The applicant must not be a defaulter of the group or bank.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass. The candidate must be able to read and write Hindi and have good knowledge of arithmetic.
- The applicant must possess a smartphone/Android phone and be proficient in using it.
- The applicant should be willing to travel to bank branches, villages, attend SHG/VO/CLF meetings, and participate in exposure visits and training programs within and outside the state.
- The applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in writing books of SHGs, Village Organizations, and CLFs.
- No candidate will be allowed to work in her own CLF.

Selection Stages
