- ๐ Upper Age Limit: 64 years as on 09 October 2026 (extendable up to 65 years).
- ๐ Essential Qualification:
- Diploma or higher degree in Sports Coaching from NSNIS.
- Medal winner/Participation in National Sports Events โ โน32,000/month.
- Medal winner/Participation in International Sports Events โ โน36,000/month.
- ๐ Coaching experience preferably more than 15 years in respective discipline.
- ๐ Must be medically fit with certificate from registered medical practitioner.
๐ฐ Remuneration & Benefits
- ๐ต Monthly Remuneration: โน28,000 โ โน36,000 depending on qualification/experience.
- ๐ Housing: Company accommodation may be provided (subject to availability). No HRA admissible.
- ๐ฉบ Medical Benefits: Available at company hospitals (self only for non-SAIL ex-employees).
- ๐ Leave: 10 days per year with prior approval.
- ๐ TA/DA: As per entitlement of lowest executive cadre under SAIL TA Rules-2021.
