🧾 One Time Registration (OTR)
- All candidates must complete OTR before applying for any post.
- Details required: SSLC/PUC/Degree certificates, Aadhaar/Kutumba ID, Ration Card, and other valid documents.
- Profile creation is mandatory; once registered, details cannot be changed.
- Scanned copies of photo, signature, and certificates must be uploaded in prescribed formats.
💳 Application Process
- Applications must be submitted online via KPSC Online Portal.
- Login using Enrollment Number, Mobile Number, or Email ID with OTP verification.
- After filling the form, candidates must click on “Apply to Post” tab and complete payment.
- Payment can be made via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.
- Once payment is successful, the application status will show “Application Accepted.”

- Reserved category candidates must upload valid caste certificates in prescribed formats.
- Applications with incorrect details or incomplete documents will be cancelled.
