- Production Manager – Minimum 10 years
- Senior Production Manager – Minimum 14 years

- Educational Qualification:
- Production & Senior Production Manager – B.Tech/BE in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
- Senior Manager (Marketing) – B.Tech/BE with 60% marks OR Science Graduate with MBA (Finance/Marketing) with 60% marks.

- Production Manager: Oversee PBR production, plant operations, maintenance, and provide technical support for commissioning at IOCL Panipat.
- Senior Production Manager: Lead PBR production technology, guide commissioning, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Senior Manager (Marketing): Develop marketing strategies for PBR, target tyre and non-tyre industries, manage customer relationships, pricing, and supply chain.
