📚 Eligibility Criteria – Academic and Experience Requirements

• Professor: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB/DM/M.Ch or equivalent; minimum 3 years as Associate Professor; at least 2 research publications; completion of NMC‑approved courses in Medical Education Technology and Biomedical Research.
• Associate Professor: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB/DM/M.Ch or equivalent; minimum 4 years as Assistant Professor; at least 2 research publications; completion of NMC‑approved courses.
• Assistant Professor: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB/DM/M.Ch or equivalent; minimum 1 year as Senior Resident; non‑medical candidates require PhD in relevant fields with 3 years post‑PhD research experience.
• Senior Resident: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in relevant specialization; non‑medical candidates require MSc with PhD in related fields and 3 years post‑PhD research experience.
