  • Project Management Specialist: Bachelorโ€™s degree mandatory; preferred BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM with certifications (SAFe SPC, Agile Coach ICPโ€‘ACC, PMIโ€‘ACP, Salesforce Architect). Minimum 8 yearsโ€™ work experience with 5 years in Project Management (BFSI preferred).
  • Agile Transformation Expert: Bachelorโ€™s degree mandatory; preferred BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA with certifications (SAFe SPC, ICPโ€‘ACC, PMIโ€‘ACP, Salesforce Architect). Minimum 5 yearsโ€™ experience in Agile transformation/CRM implementation (BFSI preferred).
