Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) is a Government of Uttar Pradesh undertaking responsible for electricity transmission and distribution across the state. The Electricity Service Commission has invited applications for the post of Company Secretary on a fixed‑term basis.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Indian citizen, aged 35–55 years (as on 01 July 2025).
• Member of ICSI and Law graduate from recognized university.
• Preference for candidates also qualified as Cost Accountant.
• Minimum 10 years independent experience as Company Secretary in a listed company.

💼 Tenure & Bond

• Probation: up to 6 months.
• Tenure: 3 years, extendable yearly up to 5 years based on performance.
• Bond: ₹3 lakh as per UPPCL rules.
• Notice Period: 3 months for resignation; 1 month for termination by UPPCL.

💰 Pay & Benefits

• Level‑13 pay scale (₹37,400–₹67,000 + GP ₹8,900).
• Approx. monthly remuneration ₹2.15 lakh including DA, HRA, medical allowance.
• Annual increment and DA as per UPPCL rules.
• Accommodation in staff quarters (subject to availability).
• Leave: 8 days CL + 30 days EL (encashable up to 30 days). Maternity leave: 30 days per pregnancy (max 2 times in 3 years).
• Medical, conveyance, PF, and conduct rules same as regular employees.
