- โ Age: Minimum 45 years; residual service of 2 years (internal) or 3 years (others) before superannuation at 60 years.
- โ Employment Status: Must be employed in CPSE, Central/State Government, Armed Forces, Public Sector Banks/Financial Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, SPSEs, or Private Companies/JVs with turnover โฅ โน5,000 crore.
- โ Qualification: Engineering Graduate OR Graduate with MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institution.
- โ Experience: At least 5 years cumulative experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Sales Planning at senior management level in the last 10 years. Experience in Steel Sector preferred.
