💼 Job Description & Responsibilities

• Member of the Board of Directors, reporting to CMD.
• Assist CMD in technical and administrative matters, setting technical parameters, and monitoring operations.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations related to business segments, administration, and purchase.
• Execution of deeds, leases, contracts, and other instruments on behalf of the company subject to CMD/Board approval.

• Age: Minimum 45 years. Residual service requirement – 2 years (internal) / 3 years (others) as on last date of application.
• Employment Status: Must be working in regular capacity in CPSE, Central Govt., Armed Forces, Banks/Financial Institutions, SPSE (turnover ≥ ₹1000 crore), or Private Sector (turnover ≥ ₹1000 crore).
