- Grade‑I: First class ME/M.Tech/M.S. in CSE/IT or equivalent with 6 years’ experience (2 years at GP ₹6600), OR First class BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA with 8 years’ experience (2 years at GP ₹6600).
