📋 Vacancy Summary

The recruitment is for specialized positions under Project Monitoring Office & BPR, Special Projects, Subsidiaries & JV. Details are as follows:

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must be a Citizen of India or as per Government of India rules (Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugee before 1962, or PIO from specified countries with eligibility certificate).

📑 Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Data Analyst / Data Scientist: Bachelor’s degree mandatory; preferred BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/ME/M.Tech in CS/IT/Data Science or Statistics/Maths/Economics. Strong Python/R/SQL/BI/ML skills. Minimum 8 years’ work experience with 5 years in Data Analytics/Data Science.
• Project Management Specialist: Bachelor’s degree mandatory; preferred BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM with certifications (SAFe SPC, Agile Coach ICP‑ACC, PMI‑ACP, Salesforce Architect). Minimum 8 years’ work experience with 5 years in Project Management (BFSI preferred).
• Agile Transformation Expert: Bachelor’s degree mandatory; preferred BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA with certifications (SAFe SPC, ICP‑ACC, PMI‑ACP, Salesforce Architect). Minimum 5 years’ experience in Agile transformation/CRM implementation (BFSI preferred).
• Business Finance Analyst (BFSI Exposure): Bachelor’s degree mandatory; preferred Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business Administration/Mathematics/Financial Engineering with CFA/CA/CPA/CMA/FRM etc. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in business finance/valuation/M&A/strategic finance (BFSI preferred).

💰 Application Fees

• UR / EWS / OBC: ₹850 (inclusive of GST + gateway charges)
• SC / ST / PWD / Ex‑Servicemen / Women: ₹175 (inclusive of GST + gateway charges)
• Fees are non‑refundable irrespective of selection.

💵 Remuneration & Posting

• Remuneration will be based on qualifications, experience, suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmarks.
• Initial posting is tentative at Mumbai, but candidates are liable for transfer anywhere in India.
• Contractual engagement for 5 years, extendable up to maximum 10 years (subject to performance), till age of 60 years.
